Our Story
Essential Facilities Ireland was established in Dublin in February 2019. Led by Gavin Keogh, the founder has over 20 years experience in the construction and facilities industry. Gavin was most recently Facilities Manager at IBAT College Dublin, responsible for the facilities requirements of over 2,500 students and 200 staff across two large campuses in Dublin city centre.
